Culinary culture

Nowadays saffron is used in many different kitchens all over the world. In Saudi Arabia it is used in coffee, in Sweden one bakes saffron bread on a special holyday and in India it is used in rice dishes, candy and ice-cream. In Italy saffron is used in risottos and in Spain one uses saffron to color the rice of the Paella.
